Emergencies happen and I know we all need grace sometimes when things happen; however, it is hard to keep my doors open without proper notice and revenue to keep this small business operating. Without notice, your emergency becomes my emergency, and I totally understand but I need to support my family and also have to turn away someone in need. If I find someone to fill your spot, you will not be charged. 12 hours notice is the minimum requirement (or 24 hours if constantly abused) to cancel without 100% of the service fee. Last minute call outs and no shows will result in a forfeiture of a package or payment via Venmo is promptly expected. I offer a 30 minute session if I have to cancel to show grace on my end. A credit card on file secures your appointment but doesn't pay for the session (cash, check and Venmo are accepted in person). Please remember that reminders are a courtesy, please write them down.
